Dr. Katie Perez earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Drake University before completing her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, where she graduated summa cum laude. She most recently completed a residency in Pediatric Optometry at Children’s Hospital Colorado, gaining advanced training in comprehensive pediatric eye care and the management of ocular disease in children. Dr. Perez is also well-versed in specialty contact lenses and myopia management, allowing her to care for a wide range of visual needs in children and young adults.

Dr. Perez is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized care to children of all ages and is excited to serve families in Northern Colorado. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Perez enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the outdoors with her dog.
