There are things we can do every day to take care of the health of our eyes. Simple things, such as making sure we wash our hands before we touch our eyes, wearing sunglasses to protect our eyes from UV rays, eating nutrient-rich foods such as nuts, fish and leafy greens, and adhering to the 20-20-20 rule when we’re spending extra time in front of the screen (every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds). Here are some other things to keep in mind that will help maintain your eye health.
