BOTOX® for Frown Lines
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a quick, 10-minute treatment that temporarily reduces moderate to severe lines between your eyebrows, above your brows and at the edge of your eyes. It works by temporarily blocking certain nerves, reducing muscle activity in that area and smoothing lines within 48 hours of treatment. This treatment can last up to four months.
The active ingredient in BOTOX® is onabotulinumtoxinA, which is produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. Because onabotulinumtoxinA works on the nervous system to relax the muscles, it’s also used to treat eye conditions like blepharospasm (a condition where the eyelid won’t stay open because of a muscle spasm) or strabismus (a condition where the eyes don’t line up properly), as well as a variety of other muscular conditions.

JUVÉDERM® for Mouth Lines
JUVÉDERM® dermal filler can provide up to a year of improvement for patients with moderate to severe wrinkles and folds around the mouth. This smooth, clear gel softens the lines by providing volume in the area where it’s injected.
JUVÉDERM® is made of hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in the body, especially in joints and eyes. It’s a natural lubricant and cushion that adds volume when injected around the mouth.
Hyaluronic acid can also be used in eye surgeries, like cataract removal, corneal transplantation, repair of a detached retina and other eye injuries. It’s injected into the eye during the procedure to help replace natural fluids.
KYBELLA® for the Chin
Patients worried about their chin profile may consider a KYBELLA® injection treatment. This synthetic form of deoxycholic acid destroys the fat cells that add fullness under the chin. Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. KYBELLA® injections destroy problem cells to achieve a permanent result.
