Driving Directions
FROM THE WEST (LARAMIE)
Take I-80 East to Cheyenne
Near Cheyenne, by Little America you will drive under I-25
2.2 miles after I-25 take the next Exit #362 – the US 85/Central Ave – S. Greeley Hwy. exit
At the bottom of the ramp you will take a left and go under I-80,
Eventually get in the right lane.
After driving 0.7 miles you will drive over the railroad overpass.
At the bottom of that overpass you will come to a stoplight. This is Lincolnway (do not turn yet).
Drive 3 more blocks and take a right on 19th St – a one-way street going east.
Eventually get in the left hand lane.
On 19th you will drive 0.7 miles to Alexander Street.
There will be a city park to your right.
Alexander is the street at the end of this park.
Take a left on Alexander.
Drive one block on Alexander.
We are the building to your right across 20th St.
Cross 20th Street and take a right into our parking lot.
FROM THE EAST (PINE BLUFFS OR NE)
Take I-80 West to Cheyenne
Near Cheyenne you will see an oil refinery to your right.
Take the next Exit #362 – the US 85/Central Ave – S. Greeley Hwy. exit.
At the bottom of the ramp you will take a right, stay in the right lane.
After driving 0.7 miles you will drive over the railroad overpass.
At the bottom of that overpass you will come to a stoplight. This is Lincolnway (do not turn yet).
Drive 3 more blocks and take a right on 19th St – a one-way street going east.
Eventually get in the left hand lane.
On 19th you will drive 0.7 miles to Alexander Street
There will be a city park to your right.
Alexander is the street at the end of this park.
Take a left on Alexander.
Drive one block on Alexander.
We are the building to your right across 20th St.
Cross 20th Street and take a right into our parking lot.
FROM THE NORTH (WHEATLAND)
Take I-25 South
Exit #11/Pershing & Randall Ave (this exit is just past the Frontier Days Park).
Stay in the left lane at the bottom of the ramp to get on Pershing Blvd.
Pershing Blvd is the middle lane as you go under the interstate.
Take Pershing Blvd 1.8 miles. Along your drive you will see a sunken park to your right at 1 mile, then 4 blocks later a cemetery on each side of you, then 1 block later a Dairy Queen on your left.
1 ½ blocks past the Dairy Queen you will take a right on Alexander.
Drive 4 ½ blocks (0.25 miles); Cheyenne Eye Clinic is on Alexander to your left between 20th and 21st Street
FROM THE NORTH (TORRINGTON)
Take Us-85 South to Cheyenne.
Near Cheyenne at the end of US-85 take the I-25 South Ramp.
On I-25 drive 6.1 miles south to Exit #11/Pershing & Randall Ave.
Stay in the left lane at the bottom of the ramp to get on Pershing Blvd.
Pershing Blvd is the middle lane as you go under the interstate.
Take Pershing Blvd 1.8 miles. Along your drive you will see a sunken park to your right at 1 mile, then 4 blocks later a cemetery on each side of you, then 1 block later a Dairy Queen on your left.
1 ½ blocks past the Dairy Queen you will take a right on Alexander.
Drive 4 ½ blocks (0.25 miles); Cheyenne Eye Clinic is on Alexander to your left between 20th and 21st Street
FROM THE SOUTH (COLORADO)
Take I-25 North to Cheyenne
In Cheyenne take Exit #11/Perching & Randall Ave
At the bottom of the ramp there will be two streets to your right.
You want to be on Pershing Blvd – the northern-most right-hand turn.
Take Pershing Blvd 1.8 miles. Along your drive you will see a sunken park to your right at 1 mile, then 4 blocks later a cemetery on each side of you, then 1 block later a Dairy Queen on your left.
1 ½ blocks past the Dairy Queen you will take a right on Alexander.
Drive 4 ½ blocks (0.25 miles); Cheyenne Eye Clinic is on Alexander to your left between 20th and 21st Street
